1. Registration:
We ask all attendees to please register for the Symposium in advance.
You are welcome to attend all or part of the Symposium.
(Your registration information will help with food planning and logistics.)
There is no charge to attend.

2. Info for Presenters:
Maximum time for presentations:
- Papers = 20 minutes
- Lecture recitals = 30 minutes
Each presentation will conclude with a 10-minute question session.
Handouts:
Please bring your own copies if you wish to distribute handouts for your presentation. A volunteer will be on-site to help you distribute them to the audience.

3. Travelling to Toronto:
1. Train - Via Rail
If you are travelling by train to Toronto, choose Union Station (65 Front Street West) as your arrival destination.
To get to the Edward Johnson Building (80 Queen's Park), take the Subway (TTC) at Union Station (entrance to the subway is on the same level as arrivals - follow the signs once you exit the train platform).
Take the Northbound train via University to Museum Station (choose the side of the platform that says "next station: St. Andrew".)Exit the station on the west side. The Edward Johnson Building is located in between the Royal Ontario Museum and the Faculty of Law; the pathway is immediately next to the subway exit/entrance.
2. Bus -Coach Canada or Greyhound Canada
If you are travelling by bus to Toronto, choose Toronto Coach Terminal (610 Bay Street)as your arrival destination.
To get to the Edward Johnson Building, follow signage to TTC (Dundas Station). Take the Southbound train to Museum station. Exit Museum station on the west side.
3. Air
Directions from Pearson airport: Regardless of which terminal you arrive at, take the 192 Airport Rocket (TTC bus) to Kipling Station. At Kipling, take the Westbound subway to St. George Station. At St. George, walk up one flight of stairs to the Yonge/University line platform and take the Southbound train to Museum Station.
Directions from Toronto City Airport: Take Porter's shuttle service to the Fairmount Royal York Hotel. Cross the street to Union station, and take the Northbound train via University to Museum Station.

5. Meals at the Conference
The MGSA will provide conference presenters with lunch Wednesday and Thursday, and a light breakfast on Thursday. We will also provide snacks, and coffee and other beverages, throughout the day during breaks.
There will be a Wine and Cheese Reception on Wednesday evening.
There are numerous food options located in the area of the Edward Johnson Building. Conference presenters will receive a list of nearby vendors in their registration packages.
